Westward Stout Cask Malt Whiskey, 750 ml 46% ABV

A celebration of Oregon’s legendary brewing culture, this whiskey pushes the boundaries of flavor. Our Stout Cask Finish begins with Westward Whiskey Original, then is aged for up to one year in barrels that once held Stout from our local brewery collaborators. These casks, seasoned with rich and roasty beer, lend notes of chocolate, coffee, and dark malt—enhancing the depth of our whiskey without overpowering it. For nearly a decade, we’ve exchanged barrels with some of the Northwest’s top brewers in a shared tradition of craftsmanship. This whiskey is the product of that creative exchange.
