Fine quality ginger! I just made a cup of tea with it and it and this ginger has a wonderful true ginger taste as it should! The taste and smell is yummy. I have health issues that has me dealing with constant nausea. I drink a lot of ginger tea, and I really love how easy this dissolves. Also great in smoothies as we experiment with more fruits. We plan on making ginger cupcakes with the grands this weekend. I would recommend to anyone concerned about GMOs

Great tasting

I use a lot of ginger as a anti-inflammatory and this is the best tasting of any of the other brands I've tried. I used a heaping teaspoon full in my oatmeal this morning and it was so good. This is a lot spicier than other brands and I really like it. I can't wait to make ginger cookies and ginger tea. The texture of the ginger powder is very good—not grainy, it blended in well with the oatmeal. For 2 lbs at $24.99 I think this a wonderful bargain. I put it in another container and will put some in my ginger jar and the rest in the freezer.
