Where's the label or tag?

This shirt is advertised as 100% cotton. There is no tag identifying fabric content or washing instructions. There is a small sewn-in label that identifies the manufacturer. The lace trim does not appear to be cotton. I machine washed in cold water-- delicate cycle and air dried. After wearing a few hours -- my skin felt uncomfortable around the lace neckline. It's a nice looking shirt and fits well. I was all set to order more -- but I'm not okay with the lack of labelling. The product has a slogan printed on the folder: "Private and Secret World". Does this pertain to the lack of information provided to the customer?
