What I ordered per the item picture %26 description was a pretty prelit 23.62 inch large bronze METAL Christmas ball ornament for with snowflake cutouts for outdoors. What I actually received was a red latex inflatable ball in the shape of an ornament with white snowflakes printed on it. When I contacted Ritier customer service that what I received was absolutely nothing like what was depicted in the picture %26 description I ordered; they simply replied sorry %26 You can just inflate the latex ball and put it outside. No apologies for completely misleading customers %26 selling them a cheap plastic bouncy ball instead of what the picture %26 description displayed. This deserves zero stars. Buyer beware. Basically this is a bait and switch.
