You have seriously reduced the quality of your floss, I was a loyal customer but now that you have changed it to this cheap plastic product that curls up on you like Christmas ribbon after you tear it off and feels terrible in your teeth and tears when you use it I will not be buying your product anymore. Don't know why you changed it except that maybe it's cheaper for you to make now and apparently you are not using your own product because I can't believe you would actually like it. I also don't believe you have that many 5 star ratings, all the comments I have seen were from people who didn't like it and are going to find a new product to use. The image I attached was the image you used on your site showing what the floss was like which is a complete lie and false advertising. It is not textured and it is not white, it is a thin clear blue cheaply made piece of plastic.

Don't waste your money!

Glide has changed drastically! Feels and looks like cheap plastic floss. I heard the formula changed but this is ridiculous! For anyone that wants a great substitute, go to Dollar General and get the Rexall Extra Comfort Dental Floss. It's cheaper and feels exactly like the original Glide. DO BETTER ORAL-B!
