The Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleach Kit was designed to pre-lighten hair before using Manic Panic Classic High Voltage Semi-Permanent Hair Colors. Everything you need to lighten your hair is in this kit, including dust-free bleach powder, 30 volume cream developer, 1 mixing tub, 1 tint brush, 1 plastic cap, 1 pair of plastic gloves, and thorough instructions for use.

Instructions
Always do a strand test to test results on hair before applying all over. 1. Wearing the enclosed gloves, open the plastic bleach powder bag. Avoid inhaling powder. 2. Empty the full contents of the bleach powder into the plastic tub provided. 3. Add the full contents of the developer to the bleach powder in the plastic tub. Using the provided brush, blend until all the powder is completely dissolved with no lumps. Mix and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Let stand one minute to allow mixture to thicken. 4. Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair avoiding contact with the scalp. Fully saturate all strands to prevent patchy results. 5. Cover hair with enclosed plastic cap. Check hair every 10 minutes to evaluate lift by wiping away some of the mixture with a damp tissue. If hair has not reached desired level, reapply mixture as before and continue processing. Do not over bleach. Bleach can process for up to 2 hours if hair is resistant. 6. Once hair has reached desired shade, shampoo hair thoroughly. Rinse and repeat as needed. Condition as you normally would. If using Manic Panic High Voltage Semi-Permanent Hair Color, do not condition and allow hair to thoroughly dry before applying hair color.

Thank you for your feedback! When bleaching dark hair, it may take more than one processing session to lighten your hair to a light yellow. After the first-time bleaching, your hair could be a darker yellow. We recommend waiting two weeks before lightening your hair again.
