Wow, this set is absolutely beautiful. I love the decorative block. The block has a very pretty design around the top and the grey color on the bottom is very pretty as well...It matches my kitchen well. The knives are strong feeling. The set comes with one 8" chef’s knife; one 8" carving knife; one 8" bread knife; one 5" utility knife; two 3.5" paring knives, six 4.5" steak knives, scissors, sharpening steel. The only disappointment for me is they are not recommended for the dishwasher. Recommended for hand washing only. Other than that, this set is a keeper and would recommend to anyone.

Wow!!! This knife set is GREAT!!! There are 11 different knives. 1 sharpener for the knives and 1 pair of scissors. It comes with a lovely, heavy duty rubberwood block to place the items in. You get: an 8 inch chef's knife, a 8 inch carving knife, an 8 inch bread knife, a 5 inch utility knife, a 3.5 inch pairing knife and x6 4.5 inch steak knives. They are good quality and I love that there is a sharpener included so they stay sharp. I often have to do prep work for my meals, I chop many vegetables like celery, potatoes, carrots, herbs, etc and the chef's knife did a great job at slicing through them with ease. I use the serrated bread knife to slice through loafs of bread for my sandwiches. I use the pairing knife to peel vegetables. All the items are great and pretty much all you need for the average person. The quality of the set is good, they don't feel cheap and work nicely- highly recommend!!!
