Extremely dissapointed

I received the wrong size container. When I returned it to the store I was told I had to wait 7-14 days to receive my refund because it was supplied by a 3rd party. If I purchase an item from a vendor and they use a 3rd party I would like to know that BEFORE I purchase it! Since I purchased from Walmart I thought that they would stand behind the item and exchange it. I was WRONG.
