1. Stuck due to metal friction: Mechanical lubrication

① Spray graphite powder spray onto the lever and latch groove

② Open and close the lock repeatedly 5-8 times to help the lubricant penetrate

③ Wipe off excess oil to prevent dust absorption

Note: Do not use regular motor oil (it easily attracts dust and forms sludge)

2. Stuck due to door frame deformation: Clearance adjustment

① Loosen the set screws (requires a cross screwdriver)

② Apply 1 or 2 layers of insulating tape to the contacting surfaces between the door frame and the latch tongue

③ Re-tighten the screws and test for smooth opening and closing

Limitation: Limited effectiveness when door frame deformation exceeds 2mm

3. Difficulty inserting and removing the key: Urgent key solution

① Lightly sand the key teeth with fine sandpaper (600 grit or higher)

② Apply pencil lead powders (graphite lubrication) between the key teeth

③ Avoid forcible key rotation

4. Slight deformation of the latch assembly: Temporary reinforcement

① Remove the handle decorative cover

② Use needle-nose pliers to slightly adjust the verticality of the square latch.

③ Keep the adjustment within 0.5mm.
