Excellent!
One of the best supplements in this area. It is immensly supportive and not only for people engaged with active fitness, endurance workouts and aiming to gain muscle mass, bit it is highly beneficial for recovery. The ingredients are in a very high-quality ratio, as the Leucine, the most valuable BCAA, is in high amount.
