After using these fishing pliers extensively over the past few months, I can say they're a must-have in my tackle box. The hook removal capability is excellent—strong grip and precise tips that work well even with wet hands. They cut through braid, mono, and fluoro smoothly without fraying. The integrated scissors are surprisingly effective too! Unfortunately, after heavy use, the scissor part cracked, which was disappointing. However, the rest of the tool is still in great shape. Overall, it's a reliable tool for serious anglers, and I'd still recommend it!

The locking mechanism is a great feature—it keeps the pliers neatly folded for easy storage. I don't use the o-ring/wacky rig tube, but it's nice to have. The pliers feel like quality material and provide a secure grip, even with wet hands. So far, there's been no corrosion. I would definitely buy these again (my son took my first pair!)
