Verified Purchase

The photos in the advertisement show a full tree, similar to one of the store display models. What was actually received (a week late) is a sad, half naked tree of seemingly poor quality. The base is lop-sided and wobbles. This will be returned when I am able to make it back in to a store.

This tree is not as described at all. This tree is NOT realistic looking, it is less than 3 feet, it is NOT pre lit. It comes with a battery pack of lights you sting yourself - NOT pre lit. This is a plasticy dark green looking trash tree and will be going back. Don't waste your time or money.

Not the tree I ordered.

If I could give this tree zero stars I would. Absolutely not what I ordered. Not even close. I ordered a 4.92 feet tree with 540 prestrung lights. What I got was two tiny green sections that measured about 2 feet when put together. With the trunk and stand included the tree was still less than 3 feet tall. And the lights… a short strand of maybe 50 battery operated lights that I needed to put on. I tried to take a picture but keep getting an error message so am unable to post that.
