I was a little skeptical of the steamer but when I got it and put it together which is super simple I love it I have a small boutique and second hand store and some of the clothes that are donated are quite wrinkled so I just wanted to use it for that I find myself steaming everything this is wonderful in fact I'm ordering a second one so I can have one at home too I love this steamer for the price I am so amazed there are ones that are so expensive and I doubt they work like this one this is the best thing I had a handheld before this and it was okay but this steamer is wonderful it just keeps going and going you keep filling the water and when it says it runs for an hour it runs for more this thing is terrific it's easy to fill easy to use easy to move around I give it definitely five stars 10 stars two thumbs up if you're looking for a great steamer whether it's home or business this is the steamer that you should get
