Lkk Chilli Sriracha

Lee Kum Kee recently gave me this Sriracha Chili Sauce for free so that I could review it and I was not disappointed. The combination of Sriracha and Chili Sauce brought a nice balance of heat and flavor. I opted to make a Honey Sriracha Chili Sauce to cover my shrimp skewers. The heat for me was perfect, where it opens up your sinuses, without causing you to drink 2 gallons of water to cool down. I found myself quickly eating all the skewers and licking up the sauce. I have even used it as a dipping sauce for my chicken and steak meals and it compliments each protein. I look forward to adding this in other recipes to see what kind of wonderful meals I can make. I recommend this to anyone who likes to add some heat to their meals.

This is one of my favorite Sriracha sauces! The pepper flavor is very pronounced and well rounded with just the right amount of savory, sweetness and heat. I like that the spice doesn't overpower the flavor while still providing a nice warm kick. I love that the ingredients are simple and clean with no weird fillers or preservatives! Honey Sriracha tofu is my go to for this sauce; though, I'll put on just about anything - I put it in pizza in place of red pepper flakes for a flavor boost!
