IT'S JUST THE COVER

only cover. for over $18...not worth it. they bury that tidbit in the bottom of description. But the instructions that come w/ the cover clearly state it's a full pillow that needs to be carfully cut out of pkg and let fluff for 48-72 hrs. to fully expand. this is a scam!
