Can not be assembled..
When opening the packaging, the quality seemed ideal. All parts were present, and the assembly instructions were clear. When trying to assemble the bolts to the product, the bolts did not fit in the provided holes. I tried a few different techniques, with no success. Even the corresponding nuts didn't fit the bolts. This product could not be assembled, which is why I gave a 1 star rating...

After reviewing your photo, we want to offer some clarification to hopefully resolve the issue. It appears there was a mix-up with the hardware. The larger screws shown in your image are designed to attach directly into the six large pre-installed anchor points (the large studs) on the main unit, and they typically do not require nuts. The nuts are intended to be used with the smaller, matching screws for other connection points. We understand that the instructions might not have made this distinction clear enough, and we truly regret that this led to an unsuccessful assembly attempt.
