I am very impressed with Parts Geek. I ordered this CVC axle. I received the the wrong size but Parts Geek customer service team was awesome to ensure I could return. (Ordering on line make me nervous) Not only was I able to return but I was sent a prepaid label and constantly received follow ups. (I had one person Michelle, I think was her name, advised she was the manager and could not send me a prepaid return label.) I assume she wasn't a manager. But any how, I am happy. Now I need to see if my credit will go back to my credit card or would a refund be mailed back.
