Healthy dormant plants

These are good sized, arrived in good condition, were bare and dormant but are starting to bud now from being indoors. They appear healthy and appear ready to transplant outdoors soon. We live in zone 5, flat farmland with frequent wind gusts. Per our local agriculture extension office, this is a good variety for the area since they tend to be cold hardy and the shorter, wider plants aren't as susceptible to wind damage/breakage. Per extension, even though they're self-pollinating, we ordered two, as they say the crop will be much better with two or more plants. If they grow well, we'll definitely get more.
