"Warranty Policy
The purchased product is under warranty for 3 months from the date of shipment. If the product has manufacturing defects or is missing parts, the buyer may contact the merchant in time during the warranty period to apply for a refund, partial or full re-shipment.
Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations:
Damage caused by neglect, abuse, normal wear and tear, or natural disasters and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, dents or pet damage
Damage caused by unauthorized modifications without the written approval of the seller"
