Little tricky to start but it is great.

I love this! Getting the steamer to work was a little confusing at first. You have to click the power on button for the espresso. The shot cups will blink for about a minute. Once it is solid then you can make your espresso shot. You also will see the cloud button light up. Click that and then turn the nob on the side of the machine. Your steam will then come out.

You have to wait for it to warm up

Super fancy works well. Best thing I have ever purchased. The only caveat is that the directions do not tell you that you have to wait for it to literally warm up before the espresso setting will do espresso things. You select the espresso side and when it stops flashing that's how you know it's ready for you to make a selection on which size you want it to make. In the directions it says to just select it so I had a little trouble figuring by it out at first but otherwise it is super easy to use.
