Chair works but

Assembly was a little difficult. Hooking up the wiring was also difficult because they are all over the place. The wiring is all over the floor and be stepped on or the chair can rock on them. The armrest snap on but they come off while sitting in the chair. However, heater and vibration work great, the lift sure helps. Cup holders hold?
