Joystick Control Assembly

I am so glad that Mile Marker changed the "PUSH BUTTONS" to the "JOYSTICK", as the old style button control was a pain to change, especially with gloves on when plowing snow on a ATV. Thanks for sending the new version of this control, as I do appreciate it very much. JB
