Says item was delivered, then where is it???
This is the second time I have not received a package where the email said delivered.......within 5 weeks of each other. I purposely stayed home and was within 12 feet of the front door all day....same with last package that went missing. Looks like I will not be ordering anything else from Walmart no matter how bad I want it! I ordered a few things because of delivery, I can't lift packages that are over 100 pounds and for sure can't get anything large in or out of my small car. The desk I ordered is beautiful, easy assembly, was larger than I thought, but that's okay, I'm a crafter and can use part of the desk top for making my crafts. Is it too much to ask of a delivery driver to knock on the door so we know to go look??? Many of us in this building are disabled, it takes a couple minutes to get to the door, I have a sign on my door asking delivery people to knock when they drop something off, they don't have to wait, it just lets us know that we need to at least look outside the door! We have many new people here that "don't get it", if there is a package outside a door...LEAVE IT ALONE!! Some of the packages that are delivered are medical supplies/devices and insurance companies won't replace them if stolen. Sometimes its a package of medicine. Short of sitting in an open doorway with a 12 gauge, I can't afford to order anything else just to have it walk off!
