I was heart broken when I had to replace my ALL Clad Ceramic Slow Cooker. After much research I decided to purchase the Green Pan ELITE. I am not disappointed. I immediately tried it out on one of our favorite recipes- a (6 lb) pork shoulder for Carnitas, and it came out just as mouthwatering as if I used my old diehard. I don't think it would have been as perfect had I settled for a less expensive slow cooker. So pleased with my purchase. Looking forward to experiment with some new recipes from the book as well.
