I first discovered these while working in Kuwait. I ran a hardware store at Al Asad Air Base in Iraq. I would buy these in Kuwait and take them to the hardware store and sell. The PX was not able to get chocolate in due to the heat. I would fly down, pick them up, put the on dry ice and take them back into Iraq. These are delicious.
