Love Nettle tea

Buddha teas are always quality. The nettle leaf tea has been beneficial for sore and inflamed joints, as I used to get these all the time before I realized I needed to get rid of gluten from my diet. No caffeine and is delicious. It's what some might call a "salty herb" as there are so many minerals in nettle leaf tea. It's great.

Good stuff

I love the quality of all Buddha teas, and this one is no different! I like to cycle through different herbal infusions depending on my health goals. Nettle is a valuable addition to any herbalist's arsenal

Excellent!

i like the taste . it doesnt has a havy taste. i believe everybody can drink it. it has also the package way is Separate inside so you can get a few and tjaento the any place. for example i take one for outside to the work it makes easy for me.
