Warranty information
All products purchased include a three-month warranty starting from the date of delivery. If any manufacturing defects arise during this period, you may request a refund, a partial reshipment, or a full reshipment. However, this warranty does not cover: Damage caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, or accidents (including burns, cuts, tears, abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet-related damage) Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, unless explicitly approved in writing by the seller Products not purchased through our official store Products that carry their own individual warranty policy The seller reserves the right to deny any Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request if there is evidence of RMA fraud by the same buyer.
