These butter goldens are so yummy. I've tried most of the different flavors of Idahoan instant potatoes, and these are the best-tasting and most authentic variety on the market.They're quick and easy to prepare. I love mashed potatoes but not the mess of peeling, boiling, and mashing them. We call these "magic potatoes" at our house because you just add water, then off them and enjoy within a minute or two!
