Easy to take

Great 10000iu vit D
The ultra D 3 is great value in a small package. Much higher iu amount than I can get in stores. Small and easy to take. No after taste and good quality. After taking these for a couple of days I start to feel so much better in terms of overall mood and seem to have more energy.
