Very Poor Cutter, But I'm Normally a Huge Bira Fan

Doesn't make a clean cut unless you are using very thin paper, forget about cardstock (I tried, and the punch gets stuck); very hard to press; leaves a mess each time you use as all the tiny pieces come right out of the bottom.
