I loved it!
As a lifelong fan of their Montreal steak spice, I was excited to try the Garlic Butter. When I tasted it dry, I didn't feel the butter part, just a garlic, peppers and the right amount of salt. But once I added it to meat and started frying it, I could smell butter prominently and omg the flavor was so amazing! I find it versatile and add to most meals I cook these days and it works well. The only downside note: there are some large whitish particles (perhaps garlic), which may become too solid and possibly hurt your teeth. I noticed such particle once and thought it was chipped off my tooth lol
Delicious!
I love both garlic and butter, so this seasoning is the best of both works. You can really taste the distinction and they are very complimentary. It's so easy to put on top of any protein or veggies to give it an extra boost. It does contain salt, but i don't mind. It's just more convenient so that I don't have to add extra. I see this as a healthier and faster alternative.
Great flavor
I am a huge garlic fan so this grill made garlic butter was right up my alley. It had an intense garlic flavor, which I loved. I mixed it with some breading and grilled some chicken legs and my whole family just loved the taste of it. It was very easy to use. I just shook it into my breading.
