Great kit bought for my wife on our anniversary. (She asked!) All (14!) items included are of good quality and individually wrapped. The exercise booklet may not be suitable for advanced exercisers, but my wife thought it was helpful just the same. Also, the box it came in is great for storage --except for the inflated ball. I would recommend and would purchase again.
