Swanson DIET 7-KETO DHEA 100 MG 30 CAPS

Dieting is notorious for producing a compensatory decrease in metabolic rate, and I, unfortunately, know this unpleasantry all too well. Luckily, Swanson's 7-Keto allowed my energy levels and body temperature to remain high (likely due to it's documented effect upon thyroid hormones) during my recent attempt to regulate my food intake - no more metabolic slow-down. I couldn't ask for more!

I couldn't take parent DHEA anymore it was doing wierd things to me physically and mentally and i would not recommend any man under 50 take parent DHEA. 7-keto, however, is a different story. I'm on my second bottle now. i have noticeably leaned out in about 30 days time- most noticeably in my abdomen. I was starting to lose my "6 pack" to a layer of body fat and its been shedding off. I have only exercised maybe 3 times in those 30 days, so i can attribute my increased metabolism almost entirely to 7-keto DHEA. this pill makes your body run hotter and i feel like its because its causing my body to use more energy. I've also noticed a slight increase in strength, especially evident when i do stretching. I feel like i have a little extra force to exert. i will say that i have stopped drinking sugar drinks such as cola and sweet tea. if i have sugar is from fruit. the only other thing i have done diet wise was reduce portions. i still eat basically everything i want, just not sweets. I still think that, given the amount of time its been, 7-keto's boost in metabolim has given me the nudge i needed to feel more energy and strength that i used to have in my 20's
