Not Satisfied with Seller

I like the glasses from Epoch in general. I do not like the seller, however. They sent me two separate orders with four pairs of glasses total and 3 of 4 had scratches on them. Bad scratches that interfere with vision. Furthermore, so far I've only gotten a refund for one order. They appear to be playing games saying Walmart takes care of all refunds which may be true, but they didn't process both RMAs I sent in the return. Now I have to do more leg-work to get my second refund. Plus I had to go elsewhere for the glasses. Big waste of time.
