Big Dose But I Need It

I have severe insomnia and with my prescription sleep meds and 40mg of melatonin I might get 6 hours of sleep a night. I also give my father, who has dementia and has a terrible time sleeping all night, one of these and he sleeps like a baby. These work very well and my doctor approved my taking them.
