Danger Probably contains EDC's Phthalates?

This smells like chemicals and cinnamon, not cedar. Although the ingredients are very misleading and don't show what all is in the bottle, and since the walmart website has a prop65 warning for the oil like substance, I'm assuming it contains carcinogens and will return it. I've tried going on sun essential website for clarification but found nothing.
