Really like the finished product. Very sturdy and good looking. All pieces arrived safely with no damage. They do a real good job of protecting everything. Some of the instructions were a little hard to understand but hubby figured it out. Excited to be able to use the space yet still have a comfortable and solid bed for guests.

Solid Murphy Bed - Worth the assembly time

Overall, super solid Murphy bed! Took us about 8-9 hours total to assemble. We also had to make a trip to Lowe's to get some additional hardware to secure properly to studs via drywall instead of concrete as it came with only screws for concrete. This is definitely a 2 person assembly job but well worth it if you can persevere, especially for the price!

Happy we took the risk and bought it!

Ok - so let me start by saying I typically don't write reviews unless something goes horribly wrong or it goes tremendously well. My husband and I had been browsing for months to identify a murphy bed for our very small bedroom. We searched EVERYWHERE. We needed a murphy bed that would fit our 12 inch thick mattress and one that wasn't super expensive since we're prepping to welcome our first baby, so the budget is tight. We also wanted something that looked aesthetically pleasing because it would be going up in the baby's nursery room. At one point it felt like we were asking for too much since we couldn't find anything that checked off all those characteristics. But then we stumbled upon this bed. I was nervous at first because there weren't a lot of reviews and it seemed too good to be true, so I figured, "ok this might be a bit risky, but lets just do it." I am so happy we did guys, because this bed is more than just nice. The quality and the look of the bed is BEAUTIFUL. Like way nicer than we even expected. And our bed fit! A little snug but it fit!! I will say the boxes are VERY VERY HEAVY. Especially if you have stairs. So be ready to lift. My poor husband almost pulled his back out. We didn't end up assembling it ourselves after reading all of the reviews. We decided to pay someone to assemble it (Around $200.00). And after all the heavy lifting my husband did, I think it was 100% worth it. Especially because it was assembled so perfectly and we didn't have to worry about all the parts and spending hours of our time to assemble it. It took the professional assemblers around 5 hours to assemble the bed (two guys); the nursery room floor was FILLED with pieces and screws. It seemed overwhelming to me at least lol. All in all, incredible purchase!!! If you're hesitant I hope you read this review and buy it like we did.
