Operating Instructions
Step 1: Position the machine at the panel overlap junction and adjust both support legs to level the unit. Verify the rollers are aligned precisely with the intended crimping path.
Step 2: Use pliers to pre-bend the male and female flanges to a 90° angle, facilitating smoother entry of the seamer's rollers into the locking channel.
Step 3: Ensure the panel overlap forms a positive mechanical interlock before crimping. Any separation may cause machine disengagement during operation, resulting in defective seams or equipment damage.
Step 4: Start the machine and walk alongside it at matching speed. Immediately stop operation if panel separation occurs ahead - flatten the sheets manually before restarting the crimping process.
