DOES NOT GET HOT ENOUGH, under powered
The product arrived in 2 separate boxes approx 5 days apart via FEDEX. The boxes are large and heavy and enclosed in thin cardboard, thus the packaging was in very poor condition. Surprisingly the product was undamaged and complete. assembly was easy. Fit and finish of the product, not including heating/electrical components, was good. Product is useless to me. Supposed to reach 140F, but after 90 minutes, in interior draft free 70F room, the temperature at the top of the unit was only 115F and 95F at the base. Not effective as a FAR-IR Sauna. Woefully under powered. The seller, Syedee Fitness, is a Walmart Pro Seller. and advertised 30 day free return. I was able to finally get a refund, but it was a hassle, I will never buy from them again,see my review of the Seller posted separately.

All of our sauna units undergo strict testing, and the maximum temperature can reach up to 140°F. Based on our assessment, the issue may be caused by a disconnected wire between the upper and lower carbon heating panels, which could result in insufficient heating performance. To help us further diagnose the issue, hope you could send us photos of the wiring for the heating panels at xindeyouni@163.com. Once we review the images, we will investigate the problem and provide you with an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

I received the product Brocken. I called to customer service, I have to wait 48hours for the response. I don't recommend this vendor at all. The delivery people let two big boxes on my garden, not even in front of my door. it was about to rain, they didn't care at all.

Disappointed with seller and product and service.
The sauna seemed OK, but it came damaged and the whole top of the panel was cracked other pieces were damaged as well. The pieces also did not fit together properly. I would not purchase this item. There's no communication from the seller after several attempts. Walmart also does not help you because it's a third person seller. I would not buy this product on their website at all. I had nothing but trouble and no resolutions.
