Terrible product, DONT buy

I have been emailing back and forward with the support team and they have not been helpful. This device gets to a maximum of 100F which is not at the recommended level of 140F to actually get the benefits of a sauna. When I asked for help they provided basic assistance and question (are the wires connected are all the pads heated). After going around in circles they finally said we will provide a $50 refund, which as anyone can imagine was very insulting. I escalated this and am awaiting for a final result... I will try and post here what they say
