A USED item was shipped. It was NOT advertised as a USED item. Nothing in the item's listing even hinted that it was used. The shipping box arrived with an outside label that stated "certified refurbished". That used item had been refused by someone else and now the seller was trying to it pawn off on me. None of my prior experience with refurbished items has been good. To me, refurbished = rubbish. The used, refurbished item was unacceptable. I returned it without opening the shipping box. To the seller: You need to accurately advertise items as "used, refurbished" and let the consumer choose if they want to buy the item. Do not have a misleading description where the consumer believes they are purchasing a new item and instead receives a used item.
