    I received an Alphanet modem that did not came with software or driver for Windows 7 nor 10. And I cant find available driver online. The component parts came bent and shorting each other that prevented my motherboard to start until I straightened them up, but the installation failed because of missing driver. This is a piece of junk and waste of money. Its cheaper to dump it in e-waste than to waste time and money shipping it back!

    Do Not Buy.......

    This item is not compatible with windows 10 and there are no drivers for it...… Just junk.....very disappointed.
