What your normal waist size is, get one size bigger so you have room in your seat area because they can get too tight to where they show off your junk so get one size up, but when done right they are comfy and roomy and the freshest work pants out. Period. And I've owned two shipments of these pants previously each for over a year and they've never ripped, worn out, of popped seams.

These are my go to work pants and special occasion pants and I LOVE THEM! I work and have multiple service industry occupations and these pants never let me down, serving the purpose for every need whether I'm doing hair or bartending. They last forever! I bought my first pair nearly 3 years ago and I still have them and continue to wear them. The first 3 pairs were really faded but I dyed them and they look as good as new again. And when a special occasion arises where I need to wear a suit or shirt and tie these are the only pants that properly fit my odd sized frame and look appropriate for the occasion. Cool pants for both work and every day pants. I'm tall and fairly slim and don't like baggy clothes so these are a good fit. Waist size is a bit small for me so I go a size up on these. Usually 34 so I get a 36 and like the fit. Inseam length (34) is pretty accurate. Decent price as well.
