I was excited to get the automotive heater. Our heater stopped working. My husband couldn't work on anything due to a bad stroke. He is paralyzed completely on his left side of his body. This heater read that you need to plug in to your cigarette lighter. When it got here it was the kind you hook directly to your battery. I am disabled also, and I can't do that and neither can he now. I did take it back, but because of where I bought it Walmart could not reimburse me. They said the company it came through would issue the refund. However I explained after buying this heater, someone stole my info and was racking up charges on me. I had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. I told customer service this many times and they said you will have to deal with all that through a third party. I haven't been able to get my $30.00 back. It's all so frustrating. PLEASE REFER ME TO THE RIGHT PERSON
