No more slamming noises waking up my baby

I live in a house that is absolute chaos with my four dogs my two cats and my one year old son so the bathroom sees a lot of traffic. I honestly never thought I would be writing a review for a toilet seat but this one has actually saved my sanity a little bit. I bought this Rosyney seat because the old one we had slammed shut so loud it sounded like a gunshot going off in the house. There is nothing worse then finally getting the baby down for a nap after hours of trying only for the toilet seat to crash down and wake him up screaming. The slow close feature on this is phenomanal. It glides down super silent and soft so I dont have to worry about accidental slams in the middle of the night. My son is currently in a phase where he likes to investigate the toilet which is gross but at least with this he wont smash his little fingers if the lid falls. It is a huge safety upgrade for us specially since he is getting taller and more curious every day. Living in Florida implies that things get grimy fast with the humidity and having so many animals in the house means hair gets everywhere. The best part about this seat is the easy clean hinges. You can literally pop the whole seat off to scrub underneath where the gross stuff usually hides. It is nice to be able to deep clean it so easily without needing tools. It is super comfortable to sit on to. It doesnt feel flimsy or cheap like some plastic seats do. My cat Aziza likes to sit on the closed lid while I am getting ready and it holds her weight fine without sliding around. It was super easy to install I did it myself in like ten minutes!! If you want a quiet bathroom experience that is easy to keep sanitary you should definately get this.
