I originally purchased this for my new phone as a cheap case to use until the case and screen protector I wanted was delivered. For $10 I really was not expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. Unsurprisingly, I dropped my phone within like 2 days of having it and it did its job! Hit right on the corner and my phone was perfectly fine! (Now if it landed on the screen, I don't know if it would have done as good a job since it is just plastic covering it but still better than nothing) Doesn't feel super cheap like I expected, and the touch screen still works perfectly despite the plastic built-in screen protector (which I really thought would be a problem). I expected the black casing around the edges to be plastic, but it is rubber which is why it saved my phone from the drop. My other case and tempered glass screen protector has been delivered, but honestly, I'm in no rush to switch over because I do like this case.
