Operation:
When this machine is to be used, connect the hose with the adaptor of the lower water can.
The place the lower water can onto the bottom of the machine (the water can run out either in the front or at the back) and lead the drain pipe to the sewer tunnel.
Place the upper water can on the top of the machine and let in the clean water. When the machine is used for the first time, take the sponge out from under the water valve,
put it into the water, press it with your hand and the put it back in its original place after it absorbs enough water.
Open the water valve and let the water drip at 80-100 drops a minute. Then turn on the switch. The machine is ready to be used.
If Model W grinding wheel is chosen, the right side will be rough ground ,and the left side fine ground.
When Model WV grinding wheel is chosen the result with be the same, but there is also a V-shaped slot to refine the lens.
After the machine is used for a period of time, take the lower water can out and clean it in case the draining hole should be blocked.
When the grinding wheel has been used for a period of time, grinding fatigue will appear (failing to grind in).
In this case, use the oilstone stick to recondition the wheel. While this is being done, open the water valve.
The reversible button on the left side of the machine is a backward or forward adjustor (not used often).
When it is required to run in normal direction or opposite direction, the chief power switch should be turned off or machine will be damaged.
Safety Precious:
Don't use this machine for any other purpose than hand-grinding the edge of lens.
While the machine is working, don't touch the grinding wheel to avoid getting injured.
Don't place the machine i high temperature or leave it exposed to strong sunlight.
If the machine is left idle for a period of time, please remove the plug out of the wall socket.
Unwrap the machine (From the Package)
1)Open the carton, and take the machine wrapped in the foamed plastics.
2)Take the machine out carefully and place it on a big enough and quite stable desk
