I purchased this vanity for my almost 11 year old for Christmas. Here's my full honest review, (NOT INCENTIVIZED), from day one: The pricing was great, I feel like the value is fantastic. My original order did not ship - so after a few days I reached out to the sellers customer service. They acknowledged my concern and asked me to wait one more day to confirm non receipt of the order - I work in retail and my company has the same policy, so I understood and was fine with that. They reached back out the next day as promised and offered a refund or replacement- I did not have to chase them for service at all. I opted to replace, because I really wanted it. The order was re shipped and arrived within days - I stored it until Christmas Eve then started assembling. Instructions could have been better but ultimately they were sufficient and I got the vanity together alone in around 2 hours or so. I only needed a Phillips head screwdriver, nothing additional. The mirror came in tact and the lights and outlet on the side works. My daughter was over the moon excited and it's the perfect size for her and much sturdier than I thought. It has straps to anchor to the wall for safety, just in case. It can be moved from room to room by one person, it's not super heavy or awkward. The drawers open and close smoothly, the lighting is phenomenal, and I couldn't be happier with their customer service. That being said, I don't think it would be large enough for an adult with a large collection of beauty items to store.. But for tweens and teens, it's PERFECT!
