works great. pretty sturdy, shouldn't tear. used mine on 2"x6" trailer loading boards for riding mower. boards treated with wood sealer, doesn't stick too good to that. had to use roofing nails in addition to the self sticking feature. but overall an easy and cheap solution for extra traction.
