Missing critical drivers.
This mini PC seems to be a very good quality build. Everything feels solid and not cheap. Performance so far has been really good. Now the reason for the 2-star rating: When I received this pc, it would not connect to the internet. After many hours of troubleshooting, I was able to determine that there were no network drivers installed from the factory. I was able to use some information from the walmart listing to find ethernet drivers, but I cannot find drivers for the wifi to function. Windows can't seem to find the drivers either during setup. I have downloaded and installed the driver packs from the major sources and none of them have worked. I am also not getting any help from the seller. I have reached out to them twice and have not gotten a response. When all this started, I was just going to return it and get another one, but the price went up $50, so I just decided to deal with it as wifi is not a big deal for me. It just really stinks that an advertised function doesn't work. My recommendation is to go with a more reputable brand.
